Dealer Gateway Access

Dealer Gateway is a web-based add-on product to e-automate that can be accessed from a compatible browser. Chrome is recommended for optimal performance, but you may also use the latest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer. If you use IE, you may need to add the Dealer Gateway web site as a trusted site to have full functionality of Dealer Gateway.

To access Dealer Gateway, do the following:

1.         From a compatible browser go to the URL provided to your implementation team consultant. The Dealer Gateway log in page displays.

2.         In the Dealer number field, enter your dealer number.

3.         In the User name field, enter your Dealer Gateway user name.

4.         In the Password field, enter your Dealer Gateway password.

5.         If you want your user name and password remembered for the Dealer Gateway site, check the Remember me? box.

6.         Click [Log In]. You are redirected to the Dealer Gateway home page.
Note: Dealer Gateway features that are vendor-partner specific will only display for that vendor partner.  For a summary of the vendor-partner-specific features, see the Dealer Gateway Overview topic. To explore these features using the sample image below, click a tile or icon in the image to view the documentation associated with that feature.

Note: If the system displays the warning message shown in the image below after you log in, the data portal—Equipment Solutions Network (ESN) or Partner Integration Portal (PIP), depending upon your setup —is down, preventing participating vendor partner interaction with your business software database.  ESN /PIP may not be working on your server and/or the ESN /PIP credentials in your Dealer Profile may require updating.  Verify  ESN /PIP is working on your server.  If it is and you are still seeing this message, contact support to update the ESN /PIP credentials in your Dealer Profile.

7.         If you are using Dealer Gateway for more than one participating vendor partner, you can toggle between the different partners using the [Partner] buttons near the top left of the page.
Note: The system displays the default participating vendor partner specified on the Dealer Profile page.
