ECI™ Dealer Gateway™ is an online tool that takes efficiency to a new level by linking a participating vendor partner's database with your e-automate system.
Through Dealer Gateway, you can:
Automatically add new vendor items, update existing items, and update item pricing in your e-automate software.
Monitor vendor-submitted and vendor-requested meter reads, and troubleshoot meter read exceptions.
Monitor vendor-generated sales quote activity, and troubleshoot sales quote generation exceptions.
Receive service requests from participating vendor partners.

Dealer Gateway will be interfacing with several major industry manufacturers in the near future.
In addition to working with participating vendor partners, Dealer Gateway dealer administrators can also manage product license assignments and Dealer Gateway permissions for individual users.
