Partner Profile

If the system displays the Partner Profile icon on the tile containing the selected vendor partner's name, then you can access the Partner Profile page for the selected vendor partner.

The Partner Profile page lists your service registrations and pricing lists for the selected vendor partner. The Service Registrations area lists the Partner, Service, Provider, Provider Account Number, and Active checkbox status for each service registration associated with the participating vendor partner identified in the Partner Name tile on the Home page. Review this information to confirm Dealer Gateway is pointing to the correct database. The Pricing Lists area shows the pricing lists for the selected vendor partner pertinent to your company.

Enabling/Disabling Service Registrations

In some situations, you may have the ability to enable/disable service registrations. To enable/disable a service registration, do the following:

1 Click the Partner Profile icon in the Partner tile on the Dealer Gateway home page. The Partner Profile page displays.

2 In the Service Registrations area, the system lists the following information for each service registration:

A Partner: The name of the participating vendor partner displayed in the Partner tile on the Dealer Gateway home page.

B Service: The name of the registered service (i.e., Device Management, Item Catalog, Licensing, Meter, Service Ticket).

C Provider: The name of the participating vendor partner's entity that is providing this service.
Note: A participating vendor partner name have multiple entities providing the same service, so it is possible to have multiple rows list for the same Partner and Service combination.

D Provider Account Number: The account number associated with this service in the participating vendor partner's system.

E Active: A checkbox indicating if this service is or is not active.

3 Do any of the following:

A To enable a service, check the checkbox at the far right of the row.

B To disable a service, uncheck the checkbox at the far right of the row.
Note: In some situations, the checkbox may be checked and may be unavailable for edit. If you need to disable a service for which the checkbox is unavailable for edit, contact support.
